I love how easy it is to use for both mobile or desktop users! It's very intuitive which makes my job easier as well as others in our organization when they need help with their campaigns. The ability to track everything from one place has been beneficial especially this year since we are doing so many different things (and have multiple teams running various programs). We've used other platforms that were more expensive but didn't offer all of these features at an affordable price point like picnik does.
