In my opinion, it does not match the product description.
From the photos and everything I understand it was a full internal harness with velcro, something that could be doubled up for a competition harness. This does not fulfill the intended function for which I wanted it. Unfortunately I still have this belt because I put it aside somewhere and didn't understand when I returned it I already missed the return date.
