Arrived with a broken part of the pivot axis. Possibly caused by the manufacturing process of drilling a bolt hole into brittle, low-grade wood. I'll tape it back if that becomes a problem, but for now it still serves its purpose. I sawed off the ends of the legs to make them shorter than the minimum to get the required height. I bought it with the expectation that I would have to make such a modification. Also, through no fault of the manufacturer, my Saint Bernards find this product palatable. They love to chew on wood. When it comes time to replace that ramp I'll probably just modify and restore what's left of it. If you're comfortable I'd recommend just building it from scratch instead of buying this product. Or ask a local handyman, carpenter or furniture mechanic to make it to order. Better to support the local economy and get a quality product than to buy this poor quality ramp. That's not a very good price.
