Review on Freestanding Sediment Activated Filtration System by PUREPLUS by Robert Gilbert

Just received while waiting for a reply from my plumber to bring it here to install. So this is a preview. I'm really impressed with how strong this thing is. The USPS orangutans really enjoyed the box and it arrived quite battered (and taped over) with a major dent on the top. but no further damage to the device. I would suggest the seller put this in another sturdier box because my area isn't too bad when it comes to damage but I know other people who have had a lot of shipping damage and a lot of broken items. So, dent aside, I can say the unit is solid and well built and will definitely be an improvement over my tiny single filter. We only had to replace the hot water coil in my oven because it was full of scale and rust so I'm glad I don't have to do it again! The reason I'm giving 4 stars now is because I've connected with both of them. here on Revain and on their website and I can't find any replacement filters to see how much they would cost. I am guessing it will be around $50-$75 for 3 filters but it would be nice to know what to expect and be able to get a set when I am ready to replace them. Come back to update once I install it.
