Very cute dolls. I almost didn't buy after reading some of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I went ahead and bought one (and after seeing it I bought another). They may seem a little pricey, but they are very well made and should last a long time with proper use. They are 14 inches tall from head to toe. I am a grown woman and my hand is placed inside to work with the mouth. The arms don't move unless you buy doll sticks to move them. My granddaughter loves to "role play" so I bought two so we could play together. I'm very satisfied.
