I am between a 20 and 18 right now. Based on the measurements, I went with the 20.It is a full size too big - the waist is very elastic and the top and skirt are full, and so I could have erred on the smaller size. When in doubt, I would size down.
- This dress is fit in my size and its so beautiful when i wore it.. The quality is very good..
