Review on binifiMux by Jason Masango

Because of my extensive experience in the field of online retail, I have particularly high standards to meet in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, binifiMux did not live up to their hopes and expectations. My interactions with them showed that their claims that they are committed to providing outstanding customer service are not backed up by reality. The crew did not appear to have any interest in locating the appropriate answer for my particular requirements, and the response time was intolerably slow. binifiMux has to place a high priority on providing excellent customer service and work on reducing the amount of time it takes for them to respond to inquiries and support tickets.
