I ordered a size to fit my daughter but it came up small. Small about two sizes. Due to the difficulty of returning this item, the seller refunded me 55% of my payment and I kept the item. I plan to donate it. I preferred to return the product and get a full refund as most places allow, but the seller said it was too difficult to return the product. After communicating with the seller via email, I was able to determine that they were not in the US. Seems like returning the item will cost the seller more money than it is worth so he let me keep the item and refunded only a fraction of what I paid. This seller's original offer was a 30% refund and keep the item. I asked for 50% after realizing I wouldn't get a full refund. The seller refunded me 55%. I'm planning on giving this thing away as I haven't worn it. My daughter tried it in her underwear to keep everything hygienic. I prefer to order products with 100% returns. In this case it didn't work out, next time I'll be more careful. The seller responded to my questions and quickly returned 55%. I won't be ordering from this seller again as I prefer a full refund if the item doesn't fit, but at least I returned something and got a partial refund quickly.
