Poorly made, broken before opening
When I opened the packaging I found one of the clips in the pocket broken. I don't think it broke in transit. The loop of these clips is separated from the wings and glued. I live in a hot area and I think the weather probably loosened the glue. Still a low rating as the manufacturer could have designed the hinge portion of the claw like any other hair claw. I can glue it back easily, but I know right away that others will break easily. They're still cute but I wouldn't buy them again or waste your money. Find something else where the loop is not glued.
