I like that they have very knowledgeable staff, who are always willing to help you with any of your questions or problems! They're also extremely thorough when it comes time for creating mock ups/samples etc., which makes me feel more confident about my work being done properly (and not rushed). The biggest issue we've had so far has been their turnaround times - sometimes taking weeks just waiting around before getting an answer as opposed from some other companies where answers come back within minutes!! This isn't too much of problem but can be frustrating if there's nothing else going wrong at this point anyway :) We do all our branding projects together using Photoshop CC along side Illustrator CS6-8; having them handle both programs allows us complete control over what gets created while giving input into final designs / layouts whenever needed without needing another person working alongside us doing everything ourselves would mean less.
