I actually ordered two of these, twice at different times, one for each of my daughters (10 and 5). They have different body types and one is much larger than the other, but it works well for both. The rope is more than long enough to wrap around her waist twice. Good quality; I've washed them several times (on a gentle cycle in a garment bag) and they still look brand new.
