I love the shower head and the way it looks but the plumber couldn't install the hand shower part because it kept leaking. He tried everything he could think of, but eventually gave up. Since I had to install the shower immediately because guests were coming in the evening, he simply removed part of the hand shower and I had to be content with a main shower. I am assuming it cannot be returned as my guests and I had to use the shower for the two weeks they were visiting. Personally, I am very disappointed because I expressly wished for a manual nozzle. That's why I bought the set in the first place
