Xislet: Products That Don't Live Up to the Hype, and Customer Service That Doesn't Help

I had a lot of faith in Xislet, but I was disappointed by the quality of their products and dissatisfied by the way they handled their customers' inquiries and complaints. At best, the quality of their replacement components and trim products was below average, and they did not appear to live up to the hype that had been built up about them. I attempted to get assistance from their customer support team, but I found that they were unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests for assistance. Having to deal with their poor follow-through and lack of communication was very frustrating, especially considering that I was depending on their expertise to assist me with the repairs to my vehicle. My interactions with Xislet were, on the whole, unsatisfactory, and as a result, I do not intend to do business with the company again. As a novice in this industry, I had higher hopes for a market-leading supplier of automotive replacement components and services than what I actually received.
