The team at VHS is extremely professional, knowledgeable & helpful! They have been very supportive to us throughout our search for an agency that would meet all aspects of caregiving needs - including insurance billing requirements- as well as be able help with recruitment efforts. I cannot speak highly enough about this service provider!! We were looking into several agencies for both respite/in home nursing services AND placement assistance (recruitment) when we found them through their website. Their expertise was beyond what my expectations had hoped for. It's clear they know exactly how important it can feel having someone you trust take charge of your loved one during those times away from home or while out doing errands. My mother lives alone now so she requires 24 hour supervision. Her memory isn't great anymore but being around her makes me happy because there are things still left unsaid between us, even though its not always easy to express feelings.
