Suzco mounts are difficult to install on a 2015 GMC Canyon. The instructions are useless, as are the QR codes for the YouTube instruction video. One of the videos was about a different brand (Bullrings) and binding style. The main difficulty in assembling the Suzco comes with the backplate and aligning it so that it sits perfectly vertical and between the two rails on the base while trying to tighten the screw. What shouldn't take more than a few seconds takes a few minutes and a lot of patience. Once installed they seem educational but I haven't downloaded them yet. 4 down, 9 left. Update: Following my original post, I had to purchase two more additional brackets because one of the bracket's base plates fell between the paving slab during installation. However, I have now installed all 13 mounts and have had no problems with them. Suzco generously refunded my purchase which I did not ask for and I am grateful to them. Excellent customer service.
