I used this tool to diagnose the check engine light on my Ford F150. The original code showed a bad catalyst, but with the advanced capabilities of this tool I was able to rule out the catalyst as a problem. Considering they cost anywhere from $400 to $1,600, I'm very glad to know I don't need them. This tool is very intuitive in the way it is set up. The buttons are clearly labeled which makes the whole process very easy.
