I usually give my embroidery away in a bamboo frame but as it was a special request for a Christmas present from my family I wanted something that looked better. The printed and embossed outer rubber ring looks pretty good! I'm sure, as many people will notice, it's not actually a tree. The color is nice too, not orange and not dark. It's a little tricky to separate the outer rubber ring from the white support ring, but it's ok. Then the assembly over the fabric is a bit more difficult. I found it easiest to assemble by putting down the white ring, centering the embroidered piece and then from the bottom up pressing both sides at the same time and moving up where you can keep pressing down and in. It pulls the seams really well! I hand washed the embroidery before attaching it to this frame, but I didn't iron it before attaching it because I didn't want to lose the texture of the flowers.
