These gloves are much larger than the picture and they are not grey. The cuffs are blue and the rest of the gloves are a different gray color. (I'm not too worried about the color but it still looks a lot better in the picture.) The rubber backing is again bulkier than the picture and also smells awful when you first get it. I washed it twice and the smell never faded. It's tight at first, but breaks pretty quickly. After a day's work, part of the grip between the thumb and forefinger was worn out, and a small hole had already formed in the palm. The rubber doesn't protect your fingers very well and doesn't protect your thumbnail. For some time after use, my hands were sweaty as usual, causing the gloves to slip off when lifting heavy objects. I owned them for two days and after a day's work I stopped using them and bought a new pair from Mechanix. If you're looking for a pair of gloves that offer some protection at a low cost for occasional use around the house, then they're fine for work, but if you want to use them for real work, look for another pair.
