Highly recommended. Excellent insulation and relatively good wet protection. However when I get my next pair I will go down a size. I usually wear medium sized gloves and with all other glove styles they fit perfectly. This time I will go with the little one. I don't know how it works, but they're a little longer than a finger, which makes small tasks a little more awkward. But for what I do, they'll be a lifesaver in the winter. In terms of durability, I'm sure they'll outlive most other pairs of gloves I've killed.
