Chef's knife too short
The chef's knife is a bit short for my taste, although it is quite suitable for emergencies. Since I needed this set at short notice, it was ok, so I'm giving it four stars instead of three. This, and this was the only set that came with a bird's beak at a decent price. I'm a professional chef with big hands so that was a problem for me. I solved the small knife problem anyway, so overall better for smaller hands than mine and for non-professionals.
- Easy hand wash. Like most quality sharp cutlery, knives cannot be washed in the dishwasher. Simply hand wash with soap and warm water and dry immediately to maintain cooking quality and prevent rust stains.
- Not everything is as good as it is written
