The support team is very helpful, they can customize software according to our needs! They provide excellent customer service which allows us to have full control of all aspects from initial implementation process through ongoing use.

I would like for them to create more templates or pre-made samples so it's easier to get started right away without having too many customizations. We've found this tool an easy way to implement A/B testing into our email program. It has been great working alongside their team because there were questions we had regarding implementing features not included out of box.
