We bought the queen to replace an old full captain's bed for my 16-year-old son, who has grown to be 6'3" tall. The bed arrived quickly, although the shipping cost was 1/3 of the cost of the bed. For furniture that arrives in a box, I was disappointed, but compared to other similar beds, this seemed to be the norm on Revain.Assembly was not exceptionally difficult, but was more time consuming than expected. I had to review the assembly instructions multiple times in a couple of instances to ensure that the pieces were facing the right direction. For example, the headboard assembly had a couple of steps and in each step the headboard was in a different position. A few of the pieces were not labeled with a number as well, so it took a little extra time to ensure i had the right part.One of the rods that support the matress across the frame was longer than the others and could not be screwed in because it was wider than the frame and would not fit. I have contacted the seller and hope to get this part replaced.Overall, the price of the bed was reasonable. The quality is what I would expect of a bed of this price, with the bonus of the charging and power ports that were not available on other beds without spending a little more. I'm happy with it. Assuming our part issue is resolved, I would recommend this to others.Update: I have contacted the Seller and am getting the runaround. Despite providing a description and the specific part # from the assembly instructions, they asked for a photo which I provided. After sending the photo, I'm being asked if I assembled it correctly. There are 10 of the item, and one is TOO LONG. This is not a difficult concept to understand. I have filed a report with Revain, as this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product.Update 2: Seller replied stating they are sending an entire new item. Will update review and rating upon receipt.
