Fits Bissell Powerforce Compact model 23T7 M. The strap doesn't seem to fit and it took a bit of effort to attach it to the power/roller brush but the strap should be snug. It is important to remember that the belt on this vacuum cleaner will constantly drive the roller brush when the power is on, even when the brush/crevice tool is in use. Therefore, in order to prolong the life of the belt/vacuum cleaner, we only use this vacuum cleaner for quick cleaning (no more than 10 minutes). And since there are 2 straps, we have a spare - by the way, the owner's manual suggests changing the strap every 6 months of normal use. I would buy parts for this vacuum cleaner (belts, filters, etc.) from this seller.
