The most useful feature for us was being able to manage all of our social media accounts in one place, which allowed employees access from anywhere with an internet connection! Not much dislike about this tool at least when it comes to its use by my organization. We were using many different platforms such as Twitter, Facebook etc so having everything consolidated into 1 spot has really helped streamline those processes within our team - allowing everyone greater ease/accessibility through a single point. I don't think there's anything we've disliked yet but if you're looking for something more powerful than just your basic twitter account management then consider other tools out there like Hootsuite or Buffer who can do similar things (but have additional features). Managing multiple social profiles across various networks without any issues- simple UI & UX makes managing content easy.
