Review on RockTape H2O Edge: Discover the Waterproof Kinesiology Tape with Travel Case by Ricardo Anderson

I started physical therapy a week ago and mentioned I have osteoarthritis in both knees but my right one hurts regularly and my left rarely. The therapist applied this kinesiology tape. I thought he was trying to tape me. 🤣 Well, after that I had no more pain in my knee. A little when it rained last weekend but not as much as before. I bought this roll and one in beige in pre-cut strips. I plan to get more. My podiatrist called it a trick, but the cortisone didn't work (and I found out I was allergic to it). So since I don't want to take too many OTC meds, this is a good alternative. I have been warned that because of the glue if I get itchy etc I will have to remove it. Like allergic reactions to medical tape. I don't have any, so no problem. For those who have been sensitive to medical tape, this may not be for you. Also cut the ends in a circle/arc. Prevents the tape from rubbing against the fabric and possibly coming loose. I found easily removed after 5 days. I'm glad I found this
