The software has been used for years by our team, it's very intuitive to use with all its features (it can be adapted according any needs).

It also allows us as an agency or consultant / contractor firm that works from home most of time but sometimes we have clients who need specific support during office hours so this tool makes things easier! Sometimes you may feel like there are some bugs which could improve certain functions such as creating new projects/tasks etc., I think they should consider adding more templates because not everything fits perfectly into their template system - maybe add another option? We're solving problems related mostly working remotely at times when your colleagues cannot help out due work overloads;.
