Works great. I'm constantly doing sports, gardening, chopping wood in the garage, etc. I'm also a person who can hit and scratch the device. I have different groups in case I need to "dress up" and use them as needed. These are my secure wristbands to protect my device. I mostly wear on the wrist (I have large wrists so I usually wear medium) and sometimes on the ankle. The device is so small that I still use the phone to transfer data and information. This works great for me. I wasn't up to speed with all of the above activities (7-9 miles per day) so I just ordered new ones. Things wear out. It happens. I got over it. I'm replacing mainly because I've used them so much that the average size looks worn.
