The product was easy to install, but if you are not careful how tight you tighten the back screws, you could warp your PI 4's circuit board due to the heat shield. The pads sit on the chips. There should be enough tightness to allow the radiators to work without over tightening, be aware. My temperatures aren't dropping as much as I'd like, but I wasn't expecting much from a passive cooler in the first place. My PI use case required minimal cooling and I didn't want to mess around with tiny fans and GPIO interference for future projects. Everything is working fine at the moment, so my kindergarten child can access their virtual classroom without any problems.
