Wow, I've had a great intuition for years, in fact, when my three teenage daughters (poor me ha!) recently approached me to ask me about shaving products, bought I give each of them this special product because I know they won't cut or chafe, which means a lot to me. But hey, the suction cup isn't very strong and I've tried it on wood, tile and glass. When using a fresh refill, you must moisten it to achieve the effect of a soap/gel consistency shaving cream. I suggest not leaving it wet with the razor point down as the razor will rust. One more thing, if you shave, always shave.
