Cut Oversize fits cutting tools
Overcutting has never been possible. The 1.2500" diameter reamer cuts consistently at 1.2515" spacing. I tried many different combinations of tool holders, nothing worked. As a result, I put it between the centers and measured the flutes. Two cutting edges are greater than 0.0008 inch. So it should cut an oversized 0.0015 inch. Shame as it's a good price.
