Exactly as advertised
It's not super duper, powerful, can cut through a phone book but it can punch through maybe 10 pages with nice clean holes. When you stand over it and push hard and straight. The main disadvantage is that there are no instructions and you have to figure out how to change the tips yourself and you have to keep in mind that the extra tips are hidden in the handle. BUT, it works at the level of its cost. I don't expect it to survive years of heavy use, but I do expect it to work well as long as you don't try to make it work like it's a $100 model.
