Really nice but a bit disappointing

I love this bag and it's exactly what I was looking for to take my Sugar Gliders on short trips, however the bag is missing a wallet hook on either side! Like they forgot to put it on the bag or something. Now I need to find a matching ring and sew it on myself so I can use this handbag tote as intended because it has no handle. I would give 5 stars but it was quite disappointing.
