Item arrived as promised. It's pretty tight when tightened. Like other reviewers, I found the lack of clear building instructions time consuming and construction can be a bit fiddly. A few tips for those considering this product: the instructions, with all the pictures, show how to assemble it mechanically, but they don't tell you which of the many included parts you'll need based on the size and shape of your monitor. Laying the monitor face down on a flat surface and laying out the adapter pieces on it will save you a lot of hassle and disassembly, allowing you to choose which holes and screw length to use before beginning assembly. Also, don't pay attention to how the diagram shows where to place the washers. Place it on the opposite side of the bracket from the screw, otherwise the screw will not tighten. To be fair, after properly disassembling and reassembling this adapter, it's holding up well and should be stable for a long time. If the instructions had been better it would have been 5 stars.
