I have been a business owner for 70 years and have bought these for my HP printer but can't get them to work. I had to ask someone younger to help me figure out what the problem was as it came with no instructions. Apparently you need to replace the chip with one from the old cartridge and these already have a chip. This is very confusing and frustrating for the lack of instructions. Now I wasted $150 and see you are selling them for $100 now and have terrible reviews. I want a refund and suggest you describe your products better and send detailed instructions in the package!
