My daughter likes to use gel nail polish at home and needed a light. I got this full set for her to use and she is thrilled about it. It has new colors, decorations, and everything she needs to paint her nails.The quality of the pieces in this set is good. The clippers and files work well to trim and shape her nails. The polish goes on smoothly. The light cures the polish quickly. I'm hesitant to have her shine a UV light on her skin for long, so I have her put sunscreen on before polishing and curing the nails. It hasn't had any negative effect on how the polish looks when she's finished. Overall, this is a nice starter set for anyone wanting to do his or her nails at home.
