I like that they do all of my releases for me, which is great because it makes them easy! They also have an amazing customer service team who are always available when you need help or want clarification about anything related with your account (even after hours!). It's not something we dislike but rather appreciate their focus in helping us grow as individuals within our organization while still maintaining good relationships internally at work too by providing excellent communication between departments through this platform alone - no phone calls needed anymore :) My only suggestion would be more customization options if possible so each business can choose what type suits best without being limited into one option out there already provided from another source outside juste rereleases itself ;) This has allowed myself & other members inside the Marketing Department here @work access directly via email instead using traditional methods suchas phones/calls etc..
