I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium and it no longer prints cyan. I've tried all of HP's automatic cleaning options with no success. I watched a YouTube video and tried to manually clean it but again to no avail. Replacing the printhead was prohibitively expensive ($150!), and replacing the entire printer cost several hundred dollars for the same model. As a last resort, I tried this cleaning kit. I followed the instructions and it worked! My printer is printing like new again! OOOOO very satisfied!
