When I make truffles, I make a lot at once. It is very convenient that this insert has 2 sides, so I can have different colors on each side. It also allows me to melt the main chocolate in the original insert that came with the melter, giving me 3 different options without having to empty it, wash it and then switch to a different color or flavor.
