Review on Neutrogena Sensitive Soap Free Hypoallergenic Non Comedogenic by Kelly Slevira

I don't quite understand why people like this product. I don't have dry or sensitive skin but when I first used this cleanser my skin became dry, flaky and red. I may be allergic to some of the ingredients but I have no known allergies so I'm hesitant to say it could be an allergy. I bought it because it is odorless and marketed as gentle by a reputable skincare company, but I may have received an old bottle or a fake. I'm not sure why my experience with it was so bad.
