I have very closed eyes and it still works great! Be sure to allow extra drying time. It's muggy and 35 degrees today and I was at a party and I was spending time outside and I was sweating and this eyeliner wasn't moving! Photo just before bed. Also, I'm not a paid reviewer, which I think is relevant right now? Also, I love that I can do cat eyes for the first time in my life! I'm not very good at makeup, but this made it easy for me! Very satisfied.
