Review on High-Quality Seal Mail Ship Stretch Inches for Efficient Packaging by Tom Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works perfectly! Especially for moving.

Important detail: the pen is just a hard cardboard tube but I've never had a break (they are very strong). 5 inches at 1000ft seems pretty standard and should be enough for a while if you're not tying colleagues to their chairs (or similar). The film itself has decent tear strength and rarely seems to tear inadvertently. You can also get pretty good traction once you get the hang of the freehand technique. All in all, it's inexpensive and does what it's supposed to do. If you shrink wrap for a living you should probably invest in something more ergonomic as I'm sure heavy use of this model will likely hurt your wrists and fingers after a while. If you expect it to be 5 feet wide and 1,000 feet long, prepare for a serious disappointment. Significantly less important things: I'm a big fan of these things. I've found many great uses for them, but my favorite is pinning items to move them. I've been lucky enough to move more times than I care to count, but at almost every step I've found a shrink wrap that will be indispensable in my moving process. I use it to hold things together (like all the boards in my IKEA bed) and it works great. I've also found this to be very helpful when moving my flat screen TV. I just put some blankets over the display and some cardboard to protect the screen and shrink it all together. " some good coffee beans (in their standard paper bag and then shipped in a reused Amazon box) to send to a friend in Texas and she said they arrived safe and tasted great. You will be amazed what you use heat resistant paper .

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...
