Excellent product. It was a gift for my artistic fiance. I was concerned as other reviewers complained that he was thin but I found the table to be very solid when assembled properly.Bought for an adult it is very suitable for art and desktop work.Both the table and pen holder are articulated so you can move the table can rest comfortably on a flat surface. The table edges are smooth and the finish looks great. Doesn't feel cheap like I would expect from a chipboard material, but it is actually very smooth and durable. It looks very nice too. For the price I cannot recommend this product enough n. Shipping was fast and free for me as a Prime member. I used a drill instead of an Allen key to assemble it and it holds very well with no shaking. I would strongly recommend using the right tools to assemble each piece of furniture whenever possible.
