I don't know why anyone in other reviews had problems with the sausage filling. I think it's very easy after reading the instructions. The blender grinds all meats well and you can really control the output speed for stuffing with the blender speed control. Make sure to trim off the silvery skin and connective tissue before shredding the meat. If you cut the meat into 1/2-inch cubes and pop the meat and other ingredients in the freezer for 30 minutes, you'll be good the first time.
