I ordered this in the correct size for my cup size according to the item description. But as there's no such thing as pure cup size divorced from numerical measurement, this bra was way too small to cover the ladies. And I'm on the smaller side of numerical measurements.As a result, the pads didn't come close to covering my breasts as shown on the model on the box, which could account for why there was no lift whatsoever. If you truly want lift, you need the sticky bras that are long enough vertically to attach above the soft tissue of your breasts.Additionally, what good is a bra you can't wear for more than 6 hours? (which is what it says is the max right on the box)The only good thing I can say about these is that there is a decent size area that isn't sticky in the middle and that getting the bra off is only moderately painful.
