It tends to wear off in about 3-5 minutes after getting out of the shower and toweling off. If you leave it on the skin longer, the wearing time after the shower is longer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who sweats or feels hot after a shower. Even when it's muggy, you'll feel like stepping out of the shower on a winter morning when the heat subsides.
