I am ordering this party favor set for my daughter's Harry Potter birthday party. They were an essential part of party cohesion. This bundle was very affordable compared to buying more expensive Harry Potter glasses at a price suitable for one or more children at a party. Apart from these, I didn't buy any other things for children. The product was shipped on time and arrived as expected, but it wasn't the company's fault that the package didn't get to my house. When I asked about it, they responded very quickly and gave very positive feedback to fix the delivery problem. I contacted the courier as soon as I messaged the seller hoping we could get the package before the party. Turns out the delivery person just left it at the wrong house and the recipient delivered it about 1-2 hours before the party! Unfortunately, this can happen to anyone, and not through the fault of the seller. The salesman was in a good mood and understood how upset I was and wanted to check for me, but I quickly did it myself because I didn't have time to get it before the party. I was happy to see that the company has personally offered to ask the delivery service provider where my package is and that these actions by the buyer or seller result in better quality assurance with the delivery company and avoid possible future failures. It was teamwork. The tattoos were fun and they worked great. The glasses were perfect and great for younger kids and adults. The glasses have fewer lenses, they are strong, but move well. They don't break as easily as hard plastic goggles. I would definitely recommend and order this product from this company to anyone looking to have a Harry Potter party, Harry Potter board game night or just book club fun!
