Review on Voyager Focus UC Teams Smartphone by Tara Ford

I've been using this headset as my main work headset for a year and the only way I can describe it is Wow, hot junk. within reach. It picks up all the little background noises. I usually have trouble when I press the mute button to toggle mute status and it toggles back. So I had the best experience with Jabra branded headsets at half the price. Don't buy this thing Plantronics is clearly not taking advantage of its partnership with Polycom. The only saving grace for this piece of junk is that it was given to me for free.
