Updated review: The keyboard is very faded after a few months of use. I use my MacBook a lot for work, so it's sad that after the first week and a half it's already starting to go away. I am currently looking for a new case for my MacBook and keyboard. Original Review: I was very happy to get this MacBook sleeve for my new MacBook! It was a bit of a shame when I opened the case cover and it was dirty on the inside of the top cover along with fingerprints. I was confused as to how the lid could have fingerprints and dirt inside because the case lid was wrapped and looked brand new. I had a little trouble putting the top cap on. The bottom cover snapped easily into place. I had no problem with it not being as said in other reviews. The keyboard cover doesn't lie flat on the keyboard, but that doesn't interfere with use. The print quality isn't the best, which may confuse someone, but it doesn't bother me. i still like him The real winner of this kit is the carrying case. A bit disappointed that the item I didn't purchase a kit for is an outstanding item. However, the carrying case is soft on the inside and I feel like it protects my MacBook from small bumps here and there when transporting my MacBook home from the office. This will likely help protect your MacBook from falls, but not really.
