Makes flossing easier, especially on the back teeth. But the thread's strength is nowhere near the same as Reach's. The instructions say to change the filament cartridge daily, but they are overpriced for that. I get about 1.5 uses of each before the thread breaks or becomes too fine to use. I wish they made floss with a handle that allows you to use standard floss. for 21 days. Then I bought another product that allows you to use any thread you like. I use my favorite Listerine Ultraclean yarn from J&J. I use 5 or more times before the filament breaks, but I'm still using the first 18 inches of filament I took off the spool. Each break uses about 6 inches of thread and then you take off the broken end of the thread and rest with the rest.
