I have had back pain for many years so I was very worried about how I would feel during pregnancy. This pillow is amazing - my husband was jealous! It wraps around your back and provides great support for your tummy. I slept very well throughout my pregnancy and had very little back pain. Then I had to "wean" myself from this pillow because it wasn't the nicest thing for our bedroom. but damn, she's comfy! + Months I've been using it (rolled around my legs).
